Circulation Manager
The Circulation Manager is responsible for:
- Processing copies of BNA Topics (and BNA PortraitS when it was being published) that are returned in the mail
- Managing printing overruns
- Storing back issues
- Responding to requests for back issues from the membership
- Providing sample issues for distribution at philatelic events
