In November 1981, the President, Jim Lehr, announced the appointment of John Graper as Assistent Secretary. In the announcement, Lehr noted that Graper had already prepared and mailed the annual dues notices for 1982 [1]. Today, the Treasurer carries out this task, but at the time, it was the Secretary's responsibility.
