The British North America Philatelic Society, Ltd.
Recognizes a member who has given the Society very widespread publicity for many years. Four years ago in Edmonton a tribute was created for him. He continues to publicize many different aspects of BNA Philately to the North America Collecting Community. He never misses an opportunity while publishing BNA Philately to publicize BNAPS.
