After joining the British North America Philatelic Society Charlie Livermore volunteered to take on the task of preparing a complete index of the first fifty volumes of the society's journal, BNA TOPICS. Over a period of several years Charlie has gone through 465 editions of BNA TOPICS, listing not only major articles but also regular columns, editorials and news items. The resulting index, a volume of close to 300 pages, will long serve as a very useful reference for anyone conducting research into the philately of Canada and the provinces of British North America or the activities of BNAPS.
For this important contribution to the British North America Philatelic Society Charlie Livermore is named to the BNAPS Hall of Fame. Presented on September 1, 1996 Fort Worth, Texas.
