Bill has for many years chaired the Judging, Nominations, and Ethics
Committees. He has worked tirelessly behind the scenes on behalf of
BNAPS, and in particular with the Horace Harrison bequests.
For his years of contributions to BNAPS, William C. (Bill) Walton is the
recipient of the BNAPS Hall of Fame Award.
