Information Required by the Circuits Manager
In order to correspond effectively with you, and to verify your membership status, the Circuits Manager requires the following information. This is required whether you are a potential buyer, a potential seller, or just require information. NAME
COMPLETE MAILING ADDRESS
BNAPS MEMBERSHIP NUMBER
E-MAIL ADDRESS (if you have one).
The use of e-mail is encouraged but ordinary mail will also work.
Buyers:
If you would like to receive a selection, note the categories that interest you and send this to the Manager. The Manager will then contact you by e-Mail, or regular mail, if appropriate. If there is any material that you want currently in the Circuit, it please identify the SHEET, BOOK, or POUCH that you want to be sent to you. I will send them to you on approval. Normally, only complete SHEETS, BOOKS, and POUCHES will be sent. If the material is currently unavailable, the Manager will add your interest to the list of requested material to other members.
Sellers:
Being able to supply members with specific specialized material is the greatest challenge facing the Exchange Circuit. As members are the only source of material for the Circuit, the Manager is continously encouraging members to submit their unwanted stamps and covers for sale. Costs are a nominal 2% for insurance and 10% of anything sold. All other costs are borne by the Buyer or BNAPS.
There is a known need on record for material for some of the following categories:
Squared Circle Cancels especially on 3 Cent Jubilees
Admiral Varieties
4 Ring Cancels on Large Queens
ReEntries on Small Queens, Edwards and Admirals
Revenues
R.P.O.'s
Semi-Official Airmail Covers
Newfoundland Covers At the same time, there are a few categories for which no material is needed. Large lots and collections can also be handled; contact the Manager.
Use the categories on the previous page to advise the Manager what type of material you have that could be submitted for sale.
Inquiries: if you have any questions about the BNAPS Circuits program, please send them to Andy.
