At the time of his election as First Vice-President, David McLaughlin was serving as a Director for the term 2018 - 2022. To fill the Director vacancy created by his election, the newly elected Board voted to elect Luc Frève for the remainder of David McLaughlin's term of office, 2020 - 2022.

Barry W. Casanova stepped down as Chairman of the Board. The new Board elected Mark S. Berner as Chairman.

Except for the Treasurer, the term begins at the close of the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Society. This year, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM was held virtually on Sunday, 6 September. The Treasurer's term begins at the start of the next fiscal year following his election.
