BNAPS/Edmonton Railway Museum Project The Edmonton Railway Museum has, among its extensive collection of rolling stock, a Canadian National Railway 90' RPO car. It also has a Canadian Northern Railway Combination Car that includes an RPO space.
The BNAPS Edmonton Regional Group, with input from the BNAPS RPO Study Group, has commenced a project to include descriptive RPO material in both cars. Mr. Hans Huizinga, a Director at the museum, represents the museum on this project.
This web page is designed to show progress of the project.
Images are included here, of the following:
The RPO car
1. The RPO car
3. Interior (a) - the working area
6. Interior (d) - entrance area - right side
7. Interior (e) - entrance area - left side

The current proposal is to design and install displays that describe the basic operation of the RPO car, with maps, scanned RPO examples, and enlarged RPO hammer strikes. An Alberta section will be used for the illustrations.
